Who
We Are
We are a small consortium of Minnesota homebuilders dedicated to helping homeowners enhance their home living experience through better design, features in the home and a hassle-free shopping, buying, building and warranty process. We have adopted the idea, Woman-Centric Matters, as the focus of our business because of one simple fact...women are our primary customers.
What it Means to be a Woman-Centric Home Builder or Remodeler
As Woman-Centric Matters home builders and remodelers, we have customized the entire experience to appeal to women! Here are three key areas where you will notice the Woman-Centric difference:
- Enhanced Buyers' Experience
Since buying and building or remodeling a home can be a stressful experience, we have redesigned our policies, procedures and systems for her convenience and are committed to the following:
- A simplified process that makes it easier to own a brand new home
- Saving time and preventing hassles so you can focus on what you need to, not what you have to.
- Convenience in all areas. How can we serve you?
- Streamlined communications through pro-active process management.
- Features in the Home
We've also re-evaluated the features and amenities in the home from her perspective. For example, products that are easy to clean or low maintenance give you back a little more of your time. Closet systems and organizational products help you gain control over your life. Quiet products and high performance indoor air environments for your overall well-being. You will notice that our home products focus on these benefits:
- Energy Efficient design and systems to save you money each month.
- Environmentally friendly construction and features that are good for you and the earth.
- Healthier indoor living environments for everyone in your home
- Low-or-no maintenance living
- Stronger, safer and more comfortable homes
- Home Designs
From entertaining kitchens to accommodating home-based businesses, our home designs embody the future of American housing. Storage is plentiful, relaxation areas are seamlessly integrated, places to entertain both formally and casually are available and much consideration is given to rooms that can be flexible as your family's needs change. Giving back to the community where we are raising our own families has become a foundation of the consortium of Minnesota Woman-Centric Homebuilders.
More than just responsible building standards and accountability to
good business practices, we embrace the opportunity to be a part of
something bigger than just great home building.
In 2008 we raised funds for the MN Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
during the Builders Association of the Twin Cities annual Spring Preview.
Raffling prizes at each of the seven featured model homes designed especially
for women, we raised $6,238 to help fund much-needed research to help
fight cystic fibrosis.
Patrick Kirby, Special Events Coordinator for the MN Chapter of CFF,
said, "We greatly appreciate the efforts of the Consortium and the generous
spirit of each builder and visitors to their model homes. The money
they donated will go directly to fund research studies like recent clinical
trial for VX-770, an oral drug in development that targets a basic defect
in CF."
We were excited to be a part of this effort and are looking forward
to our next charity event!
